Cookie policy

What this website stores in your browser, and why.

Last checked 21 October 2026.

The short version

This website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. We run no advertising network. One small analytics script from Cloudflare counts page visits. It sets no cookie.

What we store

Nothing. This website sets no cookies and uses no local storage.

What other companies see

Four parts of this site reach outside it. The first works on every page. The others work only on the page named.

  • Visit counts. Every page loads a small script from Cloudflare (static.cloudflareinsights.com). It tells us which pages people visit and how fast they load. Cloudflare receives the page address, the page you came from, your browser type and your network address. The script sets no cookie and stores nothing in your browser. We see totals, such as visits per page, never who you are.
  • The demo video on the List Browse page. The page shows a picture from our own site. When you click play, the video loads from YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). From that click on, YouTube sees the request and may store data in your browser under its own terms. Nothing loads from YouTube until you click.
  • Book a Demo. When the page opens, it asks a Google Apps Script service for our open times, so Google sees that request. When you book, your name, email address, company and answers go to that service. It puts the demo on our Google calendar, sends you the invite and emails the details to our sales team.
  • The support form and the "Was this helpful?" box. When you send either one, it posts to Salesforce, which holds our case records. We use what you send only to answer your case or to fix the article.

Links out to other sites are run by those companies under their own terms.

Turning it off

Every browser lets you block or clear stored site data. Look under Settings, then Privacy. This site works the same either way.
